Product working principle:
1, valve opening (sewage process) :
a. Turn the handwheel stem counterclockwise to drive the spool gradually upward, the sealing surface is removed, the guide seat on the spool gradually moves out of the seat hole, forming a narrow gap. The medium enters the seat through the symmetrical throttle hole on the seat, and a small amount of medium can flow out through the narrow gap to gradually reduce the system pressure.
b. Continue to turn the handwheel counterclockwise, the spool moves upward, the throttle hole on the flow guide seat moves out of the seat cavity, and more media is smoothly discharged through the flow guide seat and valve sleeve throttling.
c. Continue to turn the handwheel counterclockwise, the valve core is moved upward to the fully open position, at this time, the medium pressure is greatly reduced, a large number of impurities can be directly discharged from the valve sleeve throttling hole, and form eddy current at the inverted sealing seat, constantly clean the sealing surface to prevent impurities from sticking to the sealing surface.
2, valve closing process:
A. Turn the valve clockwise, the valve stem drives the spool down, at this time the discharge has ended, the system pressure is low, the throttle hole area on the valve sleeve is gradually reduced, the guide sleeve is close to the seat, and the flow direction of the medium is changed, the medium is throttled at a certain speed through the spool and the valve to make the sealing surface, and gradually strengthen the cleaning of the sealing surface.
b. Continue to turn the handwheel, the guide seat on the spool enters the seat hole, forming a narrow slit throttling, as the discharge is near the end, the impurities in the medium have been less, the narrow gap between the guide sleeve and the seat prevents the remaining small impurities from flowing into the sealing surface, the medium quickly flows out through the narrow gap, thoroughly clean the sealing surface, and ensure that the sealing pair contact zero leakage.
c. Continue to turn the handwheel, valve spool and seal seat contact. Achieve sealing.
