Product characteristics

1, the direct-flow thermal insulation globe valve is based on the Y-type globe valve between the flanges welding jacket, the side of the valve, the bottom is provided with two connection ports of thermal insulation jacket, used to inject steam or other thermal insulation, cold media, to ensure that the medium in the valve can work normally.

2, it has good thermal insulation and cold protection characteristics, and can effectively reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline.

3, the heat preservation jacket globe valve adopts the integral jacket structure design, more uniform heat preservation and cold protection, the jacket is welded with carbon steel pipe than the cast more firm pressure resistance.

4, jacket, valve body outside and jacket nozzle welding, allowing steam or cold water pressure of 1MPa.


The direct-flow insulation globe valve is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and other systems to transport the high-viscosity medium that will solidified at normal temperature. The thermal insulation jacket of the direct-flow insulation globe valve is welded between the two flanges of the valve, and the side and bottom of the valve are provided with two connecting ports of the thermal insulation jacket. The valve opening and closing part is a plug shaped valve disc, the sealing surface is plane or cone, and the valve disc moves in a straight line along the center line of the fluid. In the process of opening and closing the valve, the friction between the sealing surface is small, more durable, the opening height is not large, easy to manufacture and convenient maintenance.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
