J941H Electric Flange globe Valve Product Overview:

The opening and closing part of the globe valve is a plug shaped valve disc, the sealing surface is plane or cone, and the valve disc moves in a straight line along the center line of the fluid. The movement of the valve stem has a lifting rod type (the valve stem is lifted, the handwheel is not lifted), and a lifting rotary rod type (the handwheel is rotated with the valve stem, and the nut is located on the valve body). The globe valve is only suitable for full opening and full closing, and is not allowed to be adjusted and throttled.

J941H Electric flange globe valve structure features:

The globe valve is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB12235, with reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance. The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of iron-based alloy surfacing or stellite cobalt-based cemented carbide surfacing, with good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and long service life. After tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the valve stem has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. It can adopt various pipe flange standards and flange sealing surface forms to meet various engineering needs and user requirements. The reverse seal is made of threaded sealing seat or body surfacing austenitic stainless steel. The sealing is reliable, and the packing can be replaced daily without stopping the machine.

1. It can be installed in any position of the pipeline, and the medium is from the bottom to the upper stream.

2. Stainless steel stop valve is suitable for all kinds of corrosive media on the pipeline, has good corrosion resistance, enough strength.

3. Alloy steel stop valve is suitable for high temperature resistant steam, oil pipelines, with high temperature resistance.

Packing of Standard Packing:
