Working principle
Most of the valves using compressed air as the power source are controlled remotely, and the action instructions are triggered manually or automatically by the main control room to make the inlet and exhaust solenoid valves operate and supply and discharge compressed air to the actuator. The compressed air acts on the piston or diaphragm to overcome the friction of the valve action and the spring elasticity on the valve stem, thereby depressing (for the air loss open valve) or lifting (for the air loss close valve) the valve stem and driving the spool up and down to open or close the valve.
