J61H Welding globe Valve Product Introduction:

Suitable for nominal pressure PN10.0 ~ 32.0Mpa and P(54)100V ~ P(57)170V, working temperature ≤540℃(P(57)170V working temperature is 570℃) petroleum, chemical, hydraulic, thermal power station and other working conditions of the pipeline, cut off or connect the medium.

Applicable medium: water, oil, steam, etc. Operation mode: manual, gear drive, electric, etc.

Design features:

1) Product design and manufacturing according to E101 and JB/T3595-93 standards, reasonable structure, excellent performance, beautiful appearance.

2) The valve cavity adopts pressure self-tightening sealing structure, the better the sealing performance. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded. Welding groove can be matched according to the standard or user requirements.

3) The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of stellite cobalt-based cemented carbide surfacing, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, good abrasion resistance and long service life.

4) After tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the valve stem has good corrosion and abrasion resistance.

5) The depth of the valve cover packing box is reasonable, the filler is added with corrosion inhibitor, and the sealing is reliable.

6) The electric globe valve is equipped with DZW series valve electric device, which has the characteristics of small shell, light weight, full function, beautiful appearance, etc., and can be used with program control computer, and electric device can also be selected according to user requirements.
