Product structure characteristics

1. The product is designed and manufactured according to the standard GB12235, with novel structure, reasonable material selection and beautiful appearance. The connecting end is flanged and welded, which can be connected according to different requirements of users.

2. The stuffing box is designed as a water seal structure, access to 0.6~1.6Mpa water filler, small friction, good sealing, the whole system can be isolated from the atmosphere, to ensure good air tightness.

3. After tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the valve stem has good corrosion and abrasion resistance.

4. Compact structure, flexible operation, easy maintenance, long service life.

5. The reverse seal is made of stainless steel threaded sealing seat or austenitic stainless steel surfacing, and the reverse seal is reliable. Packing replacement and maintenance can be carried out without shutdown, convenient and fast without affecting the system operation
