Rubber lined globe valve is mainly divided into three kinds: (J41J straight-through rubber lined globe valve, J45J straight-lined rubber lined globe valve, J44J right-angle rubber lined globe valve) Rubber lined globe valve is used to control the general corrosive medium, the body cavity surface is covered with a variety of rubber to choose from, suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipes, with high strength, good corrosion resistance. Applicable temperature: ≤85℃, ≤100℃, ≤120℃ (according to the lining material).

Design features:

Rubber lined globe valve (J41J straight-through, J45J straight-flow, J44J rubber lined globe valve) has the advantages of compact structure, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance, short stroke (generally nominal 1/4) and so on. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical and other pipeline systems to cut the medium, but the rubber lined globe valve is strictly prohibited to be used for flow regulation, so as to avoid the high-speed medium flow generated at the throttle outlet erosion and damage the sealing surface.

The disc and stem are designed as an integrated structure to prevent the possibility of the internal parts rushing out of the valve body due to the fluctuation of pipeline pressure, which is compact and safe to use.

The surface of the valve body cavity is covered with a variety of rubber for choice, which is suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipes, with high strength and good corrosion resistance.
