J41H Manual vacuum globe valve Technical parameters:
The vacuum isolation globe valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting the medium on the pipeline of the return water condensing system of thermal power station with nominal pressure PN4.0 ~ 10.0Mpa and working temperature ≤200℃. Applicable medium: water, steam, etc. The sealing surface has small friction, light opening and closing, and has automatic compensation function for the wear of the sealing surface. Simple structure, compact, easy maintenance, long service life. The valve cover packing chamber is equipped with a vacuum sealing structure, which has the effect of self-expansion and compression, and the sealing is sealed by high-strength expansion material, so that the system is completely isolated from the atmosphere and has a good system air tightness.
J41H Manual vacuum globe valve product structure features:
1. The product is designed and manufactured according to JB/T3595 standard to meet the requirements of power station equipment.
2. The vacuum sealing structure packing room is designed to isolate the vacuum reliably.
3. After tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the valve stem has good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and wear resistance.
4. The flange gasket is made of composite material with large expansion coefficient and good airtight performance to ensure reliable isolation between the system and the atmosphere.
5. The reverse seal is made of stainless steel threaded sealing seat or austenitic stainless steel surfacing, and the reverse seal is reliable. Packing replacement and maintenance can be carried out without shutdown, convenient and fast without affecting the system operation.
