Working principle of ammonia globe valve:
The high pressure chamber of the ammonia valve is connected to the cylinder, and the low pressure chamber is the gas outlet and leads to the service system. The high pressure gauge indicates the pressure of the gas stored in the cylinder. The outlet pressure of the low pressure gauge can be controlled by the adjusting screw.
When in use, first open the cylinder main switch, and then clockwise turn the pressure adjusting screw of the low pressure gauge, so that it compresses the main spring and drives the film, spring pad and ejector rod to open the valve. The imported high pressure gas enters the low pressure chamber after throttling and decompression from the high pressure chamber, and leads to the working system through the outlet. Turn the adjusting screw to change the height of the valve opening, so as to adjust the passage of high pressure gas and achieve the required pressure value.
All fitted with safety valves. It is a device to protect the ammonia gas pressure reducing valve and make it safe to use, and is also a signal device for the failure of the ammonia gas pressure reducing valve. If the valve gasket, valve damage or due to other reasons, resulting in the outlet pressure to rise and exceed a certain allowable value, the safety valve will automatically open the exhaust.
Design features:
1) The middle flange is a square structure, and the valve stem is connected by an interbar.
2) The sealing surface of the valve body is shaped like a ball and sealed with the valve foot in line.
3) The sealing surface adopts babbitt alloy, good sealing performance and long service life.
J41B Ammonia globe Valve Product introduction:
Gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and argon are often used. These gases are generally stored in special high-pressure gases. When used, the gas pressure is reduced to the required range of the experiment through the ammonia globe valve, and then fine-adjusted by other control valves, so that the gas is input into the use system.
Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request. E FORUs’ is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition
