Forged steel globe valve three types of valve cover:

The first is the bolted valve cover, according to the design of the valve in this form, the valve body and the valve cover are bolted. Wound gaskets (made of 304 clips of flexible graphite) or are sealed with metal ring connections.

The second type is welded valve cover, according to the design of the valve in this form, the valve body and the valve cover are connected with threads, and the whole welded seal. Full penetration connection can also be used when customers have special requirements.

The third is the pressure self-tightening valve cover, according to the design of the valve in this form, the valve body and the valve cover are connected with threads, and the internal pressure self-sealing ring is sealed.

J11 forged steel internal thread globe valve design features:
