Product characteristics

5, the fluid resistance is large, because the medium channel in the valve body is more tortuous, the fluid resistance is large, and the power consumption is large.

6, the medium flow direction, nominal pressure PN≤16MPa, generally used downstream, the medium from the direction of the valve disc upstream; Nominal pressure PN≥20MPa, the general use of counter-flow, the medium from the direction of the valve disc down to increase the sealing performance.

7. The valve disc is often eroded when fully opened.

The stem opening or closing stroke of the forged steel flange stop valve is relatively short, and has a very reliable cutting function. During the opening and closing process, the friction between the disc and the body sealing surface is smaller than that of the gate valve, so it is wear-resistant. The opening height is generally only 1/4 of the diameter of the seat channel, so it is much smaller than the gate valve. Usually, there is only one sealing surface on the valve body and valve disc, which is easy to maintain, and the stop valve should be selected on the pipeline or device of high temperature and high pressure media. Such as thermal power plant, nuclear power plant, petrochemical system of high temperature, high pressure pipeline, can also be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid and other media.
