FJ41 Throttle Cut-off Valve Introduction:

Design features:

The valve flap is provided with a balance hole and piston seal, which ensures stable operation under the condition of full pressure difference, light and flexible opening, and small opening and closing torque.

Throttling cut-off vent valve and double-acting throttle valve have both throttling and cut-off (seal with zero leakage) functions. The throttling part is separated from the sealing surface to reduce the erosion of air flow to the seal

The double-acting throttle stop valve also has a multi-stage throttle function, and the throttle pressure difference is large, which can be applied to the throttle and cut-off under high pressure.

The packing adopts V-shaped packing structure with self-sealing ability, no adjustment is required, and the opening and closing are extremely light. An auxiliary sealing grease injection structure is provided at the stuffing box to make the sealing performance of the valve packing reliable.

The valve can be repaired online, and the pipeline can be replaced with a series of wearing parts such as packing under pressure.
