FDJ41H Anti-theft Globe Valve Product Introduction:

Design features:

Anti-theft: Since there is no mechanical connection between the special handwheel and the valve stem, the handwheel can be removed and taken away after the operation is completed, which can avoid misoperation and play an anti-theft role, easy to control and manage;

How to use: After the installation of the anti-theft valve, take the small hexagonal screw on the upper end of the accessory wrench to screw out the small hex screw on the valve cover, remove the lid, and the middle is the lock core, such as the lock core with the key to open, such as the password lock core (see the password formulation and use of the anti-theft valve), after taking out the lock core, use the lower end of the accessory wrench to open (or close) the valve, clockwise off, counterclockwise open.

Password lock: The use of magnetic field polarity, strength change and mechanical size design of different characteristics, can make the product have a "password lock" function, that is, the specified valve can only be opened with the specified hand wheel, to achieve "one valve one key", "multiple valves one key";

Long service life: Because the valve realizes the full sealing mechanism, cancels the packing, reduces the valve stem wear, makes the valve open and close flexibly, and does not show death, prolongs the service life of the valve;

Environmental protection and pollution-free: due to the elimination of leakage, the working environment of the site has been changed, and the pollution problem of the site has been solved. It is a really green environmental protection valve.

FDJ41H Anti-theft globe valve product working principle:

Locking valve according to the "rotation no leakage theory", using the push-pull magnetic circuit optimization design scheme, the traditional valve opening and closing operation mechanical force into torque, by rotating the special handwheel, drive the shield of the inner magnetic yoke (connected with the valve stem as one) rotation, complete the valve opening and closing. Because the opening and closing mechanism is closed inside the valve, the original dynamic seal (packing) is cancelled, so the external leakage of the valve is fundamentally eliminated. Because there is no mechanical connection between the operating handwheel and the valve stem, the handwheel can be removed after the operation is complete.
