It is a step action direct pilot solenoid valve, which can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve according to the different opening and closing states at the time of power failure. Normally closed solenoid valve, after the coil is energized, the armature first drives the valve plug of the secondary valve under the action of electromagnetic force, and the fluid on the valve cup of the main valve flows away through the secondary valve, reducing the pressure on the valve cup of the main valve. When the pressure on the valve cup of the main valve is reduced to a certain value, the armature drives the valve cup of the main valve, and makes the valve cup of the main valve open by using the pressure difference, and the medium flows. When the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic force disappears and the armature resets due to its own weight. At the same time, depending on the medium pressure, the main and secondary valves can be tightly closed. Normally open solenoid valve, coil power due to suction action, moving iron core down, the auxiliary valve plug pressure, the auxiliary valve is closed, the main valve cup pressure rises, when the pressure rises to a certain value, the main valve cup upper and lower pressure difference is the same, due to the electromagnetic force, the moving iron core loses the main valve cup, pressure the main valve seat, the valve is closed. When the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic suction is zero, the auxiliary valve plug and the support core are lifted up due to the spring action, the auxiliary valve is opened, the fluid on the main valve cup flows away through the auxiliary valve, reducing the pressure on the main valve cup, when the pressure on the main valve cup is reduced to a certain value, the pressure difference is used to push the main valve cup up, the main valve is opened, and the medium is circulated.
