ZCZG High temperature and high pressure solenoid valve Overview:
Power operated normally closed pilot type high temperature solenoid valve, its general medium range is wide, can be used in water, light oil, heavy oil, non-corrosive gas and steam and other fluids, such as power station suction pipe drainage system and evaporator exhaust system, mainly for the medium in the pipeline for two-position automatic regulation and remote control
Structure principle:
The whole valve is composed of two parts: the solenoid pilot valve that guides the opening and closing of the main valve and the main valve that controls the medium. The pilot valve is connected with the main valve chamber through a hole. When the electromagnetic pilot valve is energized, the pilot valve acts to form the pressure difference between the main chamber in the main valve, and the pressure difference is used to open the main valve, the medium flow (at this time the main chamber pressure is large back chamber pressure) When the electromagnetic pilot valve is powered off, the pilot valve is closed, under the action of the main spring force, the main valve plug is reset (at this time the back chamber pressure is greater than the main chamber pressure), the large valve is closed, the medium is no longer circulating.
