ZCS Flanged water solenoid valve Overview:
Selected for water or liquid as the working medium, can automatically control or remote control of water, oil, liquid and other working medium pipeline. Because the valve is rubber sealed, the cleanliness of the working medium is greatly reduced, and it has the advantages of quick opening and closing and high reliability.
Structure principle:
The valve diameter 15 ~ 100 for the diaphragm type for the second opening valve pilot solenoid valve, diameter 125 ~ 300 for the third opening valve pilot solenoid valve, its structure is mainly composed of auxiliary valve and main valve. According to the different switching state at the time of power failure, it can be divided into normally closed solenoid valves and normally open solenoid valves. Normally closed solenoid valve, when in normal position, the movable iron core seals the auxiliary valve port, the pressure in the valve chamber is balanced, and the auxiliary valve and the main valve port are closed. When the coil is energized, the electromagnetic force is generated: the movable iron core is sucked on, the auxiliary valve is opened, the medium self-guiding valve in the main valve chamber is outside, so that the pressure difference between the main valve cup and the upper and lower part of the main valve is generated, the diaphragm or the valve cup is quickly lifted to open the main valve port, and the valve is in a path state.
When the coil is powered off, the magnetic field disappears, the active iron core is reset, the secondary valve port is closed, and then the pressure in the valve cup of the secondary valve and the main valve rises, and the valve cup of the main valve is pressed to the seat, and the valve is closed again.
Normally open solenoid valve, when the coil is energized, the magnetic force is generated, and the armature moves down under the magnetic force, pushing the auxiliary valve cup down, and the auxiliary valve is closed. As the pressure difference between the upper and lower valve cups of the main valve tends to be equal, the main valve cup is closed from the self-pressure to the sealing surface. When the coil is powered off, the magnetic force is zero, the valve cup rises due to the action of the spring, the auxiliary valve opens, the medium in the valve cup of the main valve flows away through the auxiliary valve, and the pressure drops. When the pressure drops to a certain value, the valve cup of the main valve rises upward from the effect of the upper and lower pressure difference, the main valve opens, and the valve opens.
