Working principle
The working principle of the spring welded high pressure safety valve is based on the elastic deformation of the spring. Under normal working pressure, the reaction force generated by the spring is greater than the medium pressure, and the safety valve is closed. When the system pressure rises to the set value, the medium pressure overcomes the reaction force of the spring, pushes the valve disc open, and releases the excess medium to the atmosphere or other safe areas, thereby effectively preventing the system from overpressure. When the system pressure drops below the set value, the reaction force of the spring is greater than the medium pressure, the valve disc will automatically close and return to the sealed state
