The spring-open closed high pressure safety valve
is a device that relies on the elastic pressure of the spring to ensure a tight seal between the disc and the seat. When the pressure of the pressure vessel is abnormally increased, the high pressure will overcome the spring pressure of the safety valve, so that the locking device is pushed open, forming a pressure relief channel, so as to release the high pressure medium
This kind of safety valve can be automatically closed after pressure relief without manual reset, suitable for LPG, air, water and other media equipment or pipelines with working temperature ≤300℃
Working principle
The working principle of the spring-open closed safety valve is based on the elastic pressure of the spring. When the system pressure exceeds the preset value, the pressure of the spring is overcome, the disc is opened, and the medium is discharged through the seat, thereby reducing the system pressure. When the pressure is reduced to the safe range, the disc automatically closes to ensure the system's tightness
