‌ spring micro-open safety valve with wrench ‌ is a kind of overpressure protection device, mainly used to control the pressure in equipment and pipelines, to prevent system overpressure. Its basic structure and working principle are as follows:


Structural characteristics

‌ spring micro-opening structure ‌ : the safety valve has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, large discharge capacity, small return pressure difference, convenient adjustment ‌


‌ nozzle type valve seat ‌ : the valve seat is a vall nozzle type, steam flowing through the valve seat outlet to reach the speed of sound, large emission coefficient, sealing surface of the valve seat surfacing cobalt chromium tungsten carbide, wear resistance and erosion resistance, long life ‌


‌ thermoelastic valve disc ‌ : the design of the valve disc is of thermoelastic structure, and its small deformation under medium pressure is used to improve the sealing ability and overcome the forward leakage phenomenon of the safety valve near the setting pressure under medium pressure. The disc sealing surface adopts advanced laser quenching technology to improve the hardness, wear resistance and impact ‌


‌ Adjusting nut and back pressure adjusting sleeve ‌ : By adjusting the adjusting nut, the spring compression can be adjusted, so that the valve can quickly obtain the accurate setting pressure. The back pressure adjusting sleeve is used to adjust the disc back pressure to obtain the appropriate return differential pressure ‌


Working principle

When the pressure in the pipeline or equipment exceeds the set value, the spring of the spring-open safety valve is compressed, the disc is lifted, and the medium is discharged from the seat, thereby reducing the system pressure. When the pressure drops below the set value, the spring returns to its original state, the valve disc is closed again, and the system pressure returns to normal. Setting pressure and return pressure difference can be easily adjusted ‌ by adjusting nut and back pressure adjusting sleeve
