Structure and working principle
The structure of the full-opening safety valve is relatively simple, mainly composed of the shell, the upper cover and the piston assembly. When the fluid pressure in the pipeline reaches the set value, the actuator controlled by the electromagnetic coil will quickly open the valve; Conversely, when the medium pressure exceeds the set limit, the actuator will immediately cut off the gas path. Under normal operating conditions, the main spring is balanced with the balance spring force, keeping the main spring in a compressed state. In case of abnormal conditions (such as overpressure, power off, etc.), the lever principle will push the diaphragm down, drive the lever shaft to rotate, thus changing the opening of the air chamber, to achieve the automatic opening function
Application scenario
Boilers and pressure vessels : Fully opened safety valves play a vital role in boiler and pressure vessel systems. When the internal pressure of the equipment exceeds the set value, the safety valve will automatically open, quickly discharge the overpressure medium, effectively reduce the internal pressure of the equipment, to avoid the occurrence of explosion accident
