Structural principle

The boiler safety valve is mainly composed of a seat, a disc and a pressurizing device. The valve seat is communicated with the pressure medium, and the valve disc is compressed on the valve seat by the pressure device. When the working pressure is greater than the pressure, the valve disc is opened and the medium pressure is relieved. When the pressure is greater than the medium pressure, the valve disc is pressed on the seat, and the regulating valve is closed. This design ensures automatic opening when the pressure exceeds the set point and automatic closing when the pressure drops ‌
