Branch pressure reducing valve AD-16T principle function:
The pressure reducing valve is a valve that reduces the inlet pressure to a certain required outlet pressure by adjusting it, and relies on the energy of the medium itself to keep the outlet pressure stable automatically. The action principle of the pressure reducing valve is to reduce the water pressure by the local resistance of the flow channel to the water flow in the valve, and the range of the water pressure drop is self-regulated by the film connected to the valve disc or the inlet and outlet water pressure on both sides of the piston. If one decompression on the pipeline is not enough, two decompression can be taken; The decompression system usually needs to be used one by one to prevent damage to the system or downstream equipment due to the failure of the existing pressure reducing valve.
For the soft seal pressure reducing valve, there should be no leakage within the specified time, for the metal seal pressure reducing valve, the leakage should not be greater than 0.5% of the maximum flow; When the outlet flow rate changes, the outlet pressure deviation value of the direct action is not more than 20%, and the pilot type is not more than 10%; When the inlet pressure changes, the outlet pressure deviation value of the direct acting type is not more than 10%, and the pilot type is not more than 5%; Usually, the difference between the pressure P2 behind the valve and the pressure P1 before the valve must be ≥0.2Mpa.
Direct acting pressure reducing valve: using the outlet pressure change, directly control the movement of the valve disc pressure reducing valve.
Pilot type pressure reducing valve: composed of a main valve and a pilot valve, the change of outlet pressure is amplified to control the action of the main valve.
Diaphragm pressure reducing valve: A pressure reducing valve using a diaphragm as a sensitive element to drive the motion of the valve disc.
Piston pressure reducing valve: A pressure reducing valve that uses a piston as a sensitive element to drive the movement of the valve disc.
Branch pressure reducing valve AD-16T Instructions:
(1) Pressure gauge must be installed before and after the pressure reducing valve, convenient to check the pressure difference before and after; Before and after the pressure reducing valve must be equipped with the relevant break valve, easy to debug and repair;
② The front end of the pressure reducing valve should be equipped with a filter to prevent foreign matter from jamming the pressure reducing valve and affecting the normal operation of the pressure reducing valve;
③ In the medium working temperature is relatively high occasions, generally use pilot piston safety valve;
④ In the case of air or liquid medium, the direct action film reducing valve is generally used;
⑤ In order to facilitate debugging and maintenance, the pressure reducing valve should be installed in the horizontal pipeline
