UZ41SM Ram gate Valve Product introduction:

It is designed and manufactured according to the original gate valve connection size. Due to the defects of the gate valve in the use process, such as external leakage, poor refolding of the sealing ring and short service life, the plunger gate valve combines the advantages of no leakage of the plunger valve with the characteristics of fast opening and closing of the gate valve and high temperature and high pressure resistance, and becomes a novel structure of no leakage plunger gate valve.

UZ41SM Ram gate valve working principle:

When the handwheel rotates, the valve stem drives the plunger to move up and down in the middle of the hole frame to complete the valve opening and closing function. Interference fit is used between the plunger and the sealing ring in the valve, and interference fit is used between the plunger and the sealing ring in the plunger gate valve. By adjusting the pre-tightening force of the flange bolt, the inclined force generated by the compression of the sealing ring is combined with the non-toxic new sealing material with high wear and tear, so the sealing is reliable and durable, thus improving the service life of the valve.

UZ41SM Ram gate Valve Features:

1, when switching the plunger valve, the plunger moves slowly in the sealing ring, and the contact surface is almost not worn.

2, the sealing ring is made of non-toxic new sealing materials with strong elasticity and high wear resistance, so the sealing is reliable and durable.

3. Interference fit is used between the plunger and the sealing ring in the valve to ensure the tightness of the valve and eliminate internal and external leakage.

4. When closed, the plunger is inserted into the lower seal ring to cut off the flow path; When opened, although the plunger is separated from the lower sealing ring, it is still hidden in the upper sealing ring to maintain isolation from the outside world and prevent leakage.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
