UJ41W-H plunger globe Valve Structure and features:
Plunger globe valve is composed of body, valve cover, stem, plunger, guide, sealing ring, handwheel and other parts. When the handwheel rotates, the plunger is driven by the valve stem to move up and down in the guide sleeve, so that the inclined cone of the plunger end and the cone of the seat complete the valve opening and closing function.
Interference fit is adopted between the plunger and the sealing ring in the plunger globe valve, and the lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring is sealed with the outer circle of the plunger in the hole surface of the valve body by adjusting the pre-tightening force of the flange bolt, so as to ensure the tightness of the valve and eliminate internal leakage.
As the sealing ring is made of non-toxic new sealing materials with strong resilience and high wear resistance, the sealing is reliable and durable. Thus, the service life of the plunger globe valve is improved.
The plunger globe valve, combined with the no leakage point of the plunger valve and the characteristics of the globe valve opening and closing quickly, has become a new product with novel structure and wide use. Its advantages are far superior to ordinary stop valves.
UJ41W-H plunger globe valve design and manufacturing standards:
Valve design and manufacture according to the provisions of GB12235 "Flanged steel globe valve lifting check valve".
The structural length of the valve is: GB12221 "Flange connection metal valve length" series size. APL valve core structure length is selected according to ANSI16110-86 relevant dimensions.
Valve connection flange size according to: HGJ144-76-91 "Port pipe flange, gasket, fastener" and HG standard size selection.
Valve inspection and experiment according to: GB/T13927 "Valve experiment and inspection" and API1598 "Valve experiment and inspection" requirements.
