UJ41H Plunger globe Valve Structure and working principle:
Plunger type globe valve is composed of body, valve cover, stem, plunger, sealing ring, hand wheel and other parts.
When the handwheel rotates, the valve stem drives the plunger to move up and down in the middle of the hole frame to complete the valve opening and closing function.
Interference fit is used between the plunger and the sealing ring in the valve. The sealing ring is compressed by adjusting the clamping bolt of the valve cover, and the outer ring of the inner ring is close to the inner wall of the valve chamber, so that the radial force generated on the sealing ring will be the pressure of the fluid, so as to ensure the tightness and eliminate the external leakage.
Because the sealing ring uses a non-toxic new sealing material with strong resilience and high permeability, the sealing is reliable and durable. The sealing part of the cone of the valve seat and the plunger is made of high quality resistant material to ensure the service life of the valve.
