UJ11SM Internal Screw Piston Valve Product introduction:

There are two forms of soft seal and hard seal; Body material: cast steel, stainless steel (304, 316), etc. It is installed on the steam pipeline, and the valve stem part has no leakage, which is the ideal valve for boiler steam heat conduction oil. The surface of the plunger is processed by a high-precision cylindrical grinder, and the sealing ring is made of non-toxic new sealing materials with strong elasticity and high wear resistance, so the sealing is reliable and durable, thus improving the service life of the plunger valve.

UJ11SM internal screw piston valve working principle:

When the handwheel rotates, the valve stem drives the plunger to move up and down in the middle of the hole frame to complete the valve opening and closing function. Interference fit is adopted between the plunger and the sealing ring in the valve, and the lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring is sealed with the hole surface of the valve body and the outer circle of the plunger by adjusting the flange bolt of the gland, so as to ensure the sealing of the valve.

1, when switching the plunger valve, the plunger moves slowly in the sealing ring, and the contact surface is almost not worn.

2, the sealing ring is made of non-toxic new sealing materials with strong elasticity and high wear resistance, so the sealing is reliable and durable.

3. Interference fit is used between the plunger and the sealing ring in the valve to ensure the tightness of the valve and eliminate internal and external leakage.

4. When closed, the plunger is inserted into the lower seal ring to cut off the flow path; When opened, although the plunger is separated from the lower sealing ring, it is still hidden in the upper sealing ring to maintain isolation from the outside world and prevent leakage.
