High pressure plunger type globe valve and working principle:
Plunger type globe valve is composed of body, valve cover, stem, plunger, sealing ring, hand wheel and other parts. When rotating the handwheel, the plunger is driven by the valve stem to make the top inclined cone of the plunger and the cone of the seat reciprocally clutch to complete the opening and closing of the valve.
Interference fit is used between the plunger and the sealing ring in the valve. The sealing ring is compressed by adjusting the clamping bolt of the valve cover, and the outer ring of the inner ring is close to the inner wall of the valve chamber, so that the radial force generated on the sealing ring will be the pressure of the fluid, so as to ensure the tightness and eliminate the external leakage.
Because the sealing ring uses a non-toxic new sealing material with strong resilience and high permeability, the sealing is reliable and durable. The sealing part of the cone of the valve seat and the plunger is made of high quality resistant material to ensure the service life of the valve.
The valve combines the advantages of no leakage of the plunger valve and the quick opening and closing of the globe valve, and becomes a new variety with novel structure and wide application.
