How it works:

With the track plug valve fully open, the channel alignment of the channel body of the plug ensures an ideal low pressure drop. Turn the handwheel plug to turn in the direction of the valve, while driving the valve disc to turn 90 degrees, when continue to turn the handwheel, the plug will press down, so that the valve opens to both sides, the valve disc will be tightly pressed on the valve seat, so that the valve is closed; When the handwheel rotates in the opposite direction, first make the plug move up, so that the valve disc is detached from the seat, continue to turn the handwheel, so that the plug drives the valve disc to rotate 90 degrees, and the channel of the plug is aligned with the channel of the valve body, so that the valve is fully open.

Product features:

① The track plug valve is in the process of opening the valve plate and the seat are in a state of detachment, the switching process is zero friction, will not make the sealing surface wear. ② The plug rotates flexibly, and can ensure the sealing of the inlet, outlet end and the middle flange connection end, and the sealing is made of soft seal (fluorine rubber), and the sealing is achieved by the sealing ring around the valve plate. ③ Unique dovetail groove protection and fixed sealing ring, so that the seal is closed with zero leakage. ④ Wide range of media, not limited by the installation direction. No vibration, low noise.

The shape is close to the gate, and the method of flange connection is adopted. The principle of stopper rotation is adopted inside the valve body to realize opening and closing. It is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer and power industries with pressure level of 150~900Lb (1.6~32.0MPa) and working temperature of -29~150℃.
