Product characteristics;

① Eccentric plug valve double eccentric design, low friction opening and closing, to ensure zero leakage. ② Nickel (Ni) 90%, 3mm thick surfacing valve seat, or high-performance resin valve seat, can meet a variety of corrosion resistance requirements. ③ V-type combined seal ring can be replaced without removing the operating device. ④ sealant filling port design, can extend the valve application cycle. The valve bearing is self-lubricating material, no need to add grease, the valve shaft wear is very small. ⑥ The cock body is hot coated with moulded rubber, no rubber loss and erosion corrosion concerns. ⑦ The valve cover and valve body are sealed with O-ring, and the number of bolts is reduced for easy maintenance. ⑧ Provide valve inlet and outlet pressure gauge connector, convenient for users to control and measure flow.

The series of ball type anticorrosive eccentric plug valve diameter is DN100~DN600, the working pressure is 0.6MPa~1.6MPa, with manual, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and other driving forms. Eccentric plug valves for pump front and sewage have a unique advantage over other valves.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
