The new floating sealing structure is suitable for oil, natural gas and other pipelines with a pressure not exceeding 15.0MPa and a temperature ranging from -29 to 121℃. 1. It adopts a floating valve seat, with bidirectional opening and closing, reliable sealing and flexible opening and closing.

2. All the gate plates are equipped with guide strips for precise guidance. Meanwhile, the sealing surfaces are all spray-welded with hard alloy, which is resistant to erosion.

3. The valve body has a high load-bearing capacity. The channel is straight-through. When fully open, it is connected with the flow guide hole of the gate plate, similar to a straight pipe, and the flow resistance is very small. The valve stem adopts composite packing and multiple seals, ensuring reliable sealing and low friction.

When closing the valve, turn the handwheel clockwise. The gate will move down to the bottom. Due to the effect of the medium pressure, the sealing seat at the inlet end will be pushed towards the gate, forming a larger sealing specific pressure, thus creating the first seal. Meanwhile, press the gate plate against the sealing seat at the outlet end to achieve a double seal.

5. Due to the adoption of double sealing, the vulnerable parts can be replaced without affecting the operation of the pipeline. This is an important feature that makes the products of our factory superior to similar products at home and abroad.

When opening the gate plate, rotate the handwheel counterclockwise. The gate plate will move upward, and the diversion hole will be connected with the channel hole. As the gate plate rises, the through hole gradually enlarges. When it reaches the limit position, the diversion hole coincides with the channel hole and is fully open at this time.
