Z41Y Chrome-molybdenum steel gate valve seal pair is advanced and reasonable, the sealing surface of the gate plate and the seat is surfacing with Stairi cobalt-based cemented carbide of different hardness, reliable sealing, high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good abrasion resistance and long life. After tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the valve stem has good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and wear resistance. Adopts wedge type elastic ram structure, large diameter thrust bearing, small friction force, and equipped with impact manual, easy to open and close.
