PZ41Y slagging gate valve working principle:

PZ41Y slugging gate valve adopts middle flange bolt connection, both ends of the branch pipe are flange connection or butt welded connection. Slugging gate valve with large diameter rolling bearing, easy to open and close. The sluice gate valve stem has good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and wear resistance after tempering and surface nitriding treatment. Slugging gate valve body outlet channel junction is reasonable, no slag, flexible opening and closing, no blocking. The sealing auxiliary material of slugging gate valve is wear-resistant ceramic or wear-resistant alloy, which has strong wear resistance, durable erosion, abrasion resistance, small friction and reliable sealing. The opening and closing parts of the slugging gate valve are forced to be sealed by a semi-sealed pair with excellent performance.

PZ41Y Slagging gate Valve Introduction:

PZ41Y slagging gate valve adopts flanged connection, open rod wedge type rigid single gate plate, valve seat sealing surface material is cemented carbide (carbon steel + cobalt chromium tungsten), nominal pressure PN25, body material is carbon steel, with slagging function of the gate valve. It is used to cut off or connect the ash water mixture and slag water mixture in the pipeline of the thermal power station water conservancy system and the mortar discharge system of the water conservancy project with the working temperature of 0 ~ 100℃.
