Pneumatic manual wedge gate valves are low-stand open-stem gate valves with pneumatic actuators (double cylinder with buffer mechanism) and manual and protective mechanisms (manual and self-locking pneumato-manual changeover devices). Compared with single-cylinder pneumatic gate valve, the lifting force of the valve is doubled due to the double-layer cylinder structure. This fundamentally solves the problem that some valve bodies of single-cylinder pneumatic gate valves are dead and cannot be opened. Moreover, because the valve has a buffer mechanism, it can effectively slow down and light the wear of the valve plate sealing surface and the valve body sealing surface caused by the downward impact of the piston when the valve is closed, and at the same time, it can avoid the phenomenon of the gate stuck.
