Structure characteristics and working principle

1, using floating seat, two-way opening and closing, reliable sealing, flexible opening and closing.

2, the lower part of the gate has a diversion hole, and gives precision guidance, while the sealing part are sprayed welding carbide, corrosion resistance.

3, the valve body carrying capacity is high, the channel is straight through, fully open, and the gate guide hole through and straight pipe similar, flow resistance is very small. The valve stem adopts composite packing and multiple sealing, making the sealing reliable and the friction small.

4. When closing the valve, turn the handwheel clockwise, and the ram moves down to the bottom. Due to the effect of medium pressure, the inlet sealing seat is pushed to the direction of the ram. To form a larger sealing pressure, thus forming the first seal. At the same time, the ram is pressed to the outlet seal seat to become a double seal.

5, due to the use of double sealing, it can be more vulnerable without affecting the work of the pipeline.

6. When opening the gate, rotate the handwheel counterclockwise, the gate moves upward, and the diversion hole is connected with the channel hole. With the rise of the gate, the through hole gradually increases, to the limit position, the diversion hole and the channel hole coincide, then fully open.

The high pressure flat gate valve adopts a new balanced floating sealing structure, which is suitable for water, oil and natural gas pipelines with pressure not greater than 40MPa and temperature not higher than 120℃.
