The class 300 gate valve is applicable to the pipeline of various systems in petroleum, chemical, hydraulic and thermal power plants with nominal pressure of PN1.6~16.0MPa and working temperature of ≤ – 29 ℃~550 ℃. It can cut off or connect the pipeline medium. Applicable media: water, oil products, steam, acid, alkali, ammonia, urea, sulfur-containing natural gas, etc.

Structural features:

1. The selection of materials is exquisite, in line with the relevant standards at home and abroad, and the overall quality of materials is high.
2. It meets the requirements of advanced standards at home and abroad, with reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.
3. The matching of sealing pairs is advanced and reasonable. The sealing surfaces of the gate and valve seat are made of Stellite cobalt based hard alloy with different hardness by surfacing welding. The sealing is reliable, with high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and long service life.
4. The valve rod has good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and abrasion resistance after tempering and surface nitriding treatment.
5. Wedge type elastic ram structure is adopted, thrust bearing is set for medium and large diameter, with small friction force and impact handwheel, which makes opening and closing easy and free.
6. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface forms can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request. E FORUs’  is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
