Working principle

Self-cleaning exhaust filters operate by means of mechanisms such as gas-water separation, sedimentation and filtration. When the water in the cooling water, hot water and chilled water systems enters the filter, its volume expands and the flow rate drops sharply. The air bubbles in the water separate and rise to the gas collection zone. Small air bubbles adhere to the separation plate and form large air bubbles, which are then discharged through the automatic air release valve. The circulating water containing dirt settles in the filter. After passing through the separation plate, the dirt rapidly settles on both sides of the filter element in the dirt storage area. By the vibration of the filter element, the dirt attached to the outside of the filter element can be shaken off, achieving self-cleaning purpose ‌
