Structural characteristics

The main structure of the quick-opening filter includes the filter body, inlet and outlet pipes, quick-opening cover plates and filter bags. The filter body is usually made of stainless steel and its surface is polished to enhance corrosion resistance. The inlet and outlet pipes are located at the upper or side of the filter body, facilitating connection with industrial pipelines. The quick-opening cover plate enables users to quickly replace the filter bags, improving work efficiency. Filter bags are usually made of polyester or polypropylene, filtration accuracy up to 1 micron, ensuring good filtration effect ‌

Usage method

It is very simple to use quick-opening bag filters. Just connect it to the industrial pipeline and then open the inlet and outlet valves. When the liquid flows through the filter bag, impurities and particles will be intercepted by the filter bag, while the clean liquid will flow out through the outlet. To replace the filter bag, simply open the quick-opening cover plate, remove the old filter bag and install the new one ‌

Care and maintenance

Maintaining quick-opening bag filters is equally simple. Regularly check whether the filter bags need to be replaced and clean the impurities inside the filter. When replacing the filter bags, it is necessary to ensure that the model and material of the new filter bags are the same as those of the original ones. If a lot of impurities accumulate inside the filter, cleaning solution can be used for cleaning, but it should be noted that the use of cleaning solution should comply with relevant regulations to avoid environmental pollution ‌
