Working principle

The automatic sewage filter removes impurities from water through physical barrier methods. When impurities accumulate to a certain extent in the filter, causing an increase in the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, the equipment will automatically start the cleaning process. During the cleaning process, the supply of clean water is continuous. The suction force generated through the suction pipe sucks out the impurities in the filter screen. At the same time, the inner and outer walls of the filter screen are cleaned thoroughly through the backwashing mechanism. The WHOLE PROCESS takes only tens of seconds and has little impact on system operation ‌


Structural composition

The automatic sewage filter is mainly composed of a shell, multi-element filter elements, backwashing mechanism, electrical control box, electric valves and differential pressure controller, etc. The shell is equipped with a transverse partition plate, which divides the inner cavity into upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber is fitted with multiple filter elements, and the lower chamber is installed with a backwash suction cup. When working, the turbid liquid enters the lower chamber, passes through the filter element and then enters the upper chamber, impurities are retained in the lower chamber, and the clean liquid is discharged from the upper chamber ‌
