The set point pressure is transmitted to the actuator through the pressure guide, which causes the actuator to act and establish a dynamic balance with the spring. When the set point pressure changes, the balance is destroyed and the spring generates a force to move the spool, thus bringing the set point pressure back to the set value.
Control mode
Micro-pressure type (ZZV type) : Applied to micro-pressure applications to control set point constant pressure, set point minimum pressure up to 30mmH2O.
Pressure type (ZZV-C type) : control two points of constant differential pressure control valve, often used to control two kinds of material ratio or two points to maintain a constant differential pressure.
