Pneumatic film three-way regulating valve has two modes of action, three-way combination and three-way shunt, and can be used in some occasions instead of two two-way valves and a three-way valve nozzle. To achieve the adjustment of pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level and other parameters, the spool structure adopts a cylindrical thin wall window, and adopts the spool side guide, good stability, not easy to produce vibration, low noise, allow the use of large pressure difference, simple connection and so on. When the nominal diameter and pressure difference are small, the confluence valve can be used for diverting occasions and can be used interchangeably, but the nominal diameter is greater than DN100 and the pressure difference is larger.

The pneumatic thin film three-way regulating valve is composed of a multi-spring pneumatic thin film actuator and a three-way combination (shunt) valve with a cylindrical thin wall window spool. With simple structure, light weight, action sensitive, flow characteristics, with electric-gas valve positioning or pneumatic valve positioner, can realize the automatic regulation and control of process pipeline fluid medium, pneumatic three-way regulating valve used to control gas, liquid, steam and other media process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level and other parameters to keep at the given value. It is suitable for the condition that a fluid is divided into two ways through the three-way valve or the two fluids are combined into one fluid through the three-way valve.

Pneumatic thin-film three-way regulating valve adopts cylindrical thin wall window spool guide, which is different from the bushing guide of plunger spool. With multi-spring actuator, it has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, small volume and convenient disassembly. Process components such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level are maintained at a given value for controlling gas, liquid and other media. It is suitable for separating a fluid into two ways through the three-way valve or combining two fluids into one fluid through the three-way valve.

Pneumatic film three-way regulating valve has two kinds of three-way combination and three-way shunt. Nominal pressure PN16, 40, 64; Nominal diameter range DN25-300. Applicable fluid temperature from -60℃ to +450℃. The leakage standard is class IV. There are two kinds of flow characteristics: linear and parabolic.
