Lift check valve

The lifting check valve refers to the valve that automatically opens and closes the valve disc by relying on the flow of the medium itself, and automatically prevents the backflow of the fluid medium by relying on the weight of the valve disc and the fluid pressure difference, also known as the check valve, check valve, counterflow valve, and back pressure valve. The check valve is an automatic valve whose main function is to prevent the backflow of the medium, prevent the reversal of the pump and the drive motor, and the discharge of the container medium. The check valve can also be used to feed the auxiliary system where the pressure may rise above the system pressure.

Flange connection lifting check valve is suitable for the nominal pressure PN1.6 ~ 16.0Mpa, working temperature -29 ~ 550℃ of petroleum, chemical, thermal power stations and other medium and small diameter pipelines under various pressures, temperatures and media control through or cut off the pipeline media of the opening and closing device. Applicable medium: water, oil, steam, etc.

Packing of Standard Packing:

Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request. Structural features:

1. Check valve product design and manufacturing according to GB/T 12235 design and manufacturing inspection, reliable sealing, excellent performance.

2. The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of stellite cobalt-based cemented carbide surfacing, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, good abrasion resistance and long service life.
