The H48Y(H)-200 empty discharge check valve is installed on the outlet pipe of the high pressure feed pump of the thermal power unit to prevent water backflow and protect the feed pump. The valve works with the minimum flow automatic recirculation side valve of the pump. When the feed pump is under low load or the outlet closure door is closed, the automatic recirculation bypass valve should be in the open position to ensure the safe operation of the pump. The recirculation bypass valve closes automatically when the check valve is opened. It is not suitable for media containing solid particles and large viscosity. It is installed on the outlet pipe of the high pressure feed pump of the thermal power unit to prevent the backflow of the water supply and protect the feed pump. The air discharge check valve works with the minimum flow automatic recirculation side valve of the pump. When the feed pump is under low load or the outlet stop door is closed, the automatic recirculation bypass valve should be in the open position to ensure the safe operation of the pump. The recirculation bypass valve closes automatically when the check valve is opened.

Second, structural characteristics:

1. The valve works with the recycling bypass valve to maintain the safe operation of the system.

2. When the main valve disc moves up and down and the medium flows back, the channel is closed under the action of the medium pressure and the spring, and the bypass valve is opened at this time. When the main valve disc is fully opened, the bypass valve is closed.

3, the valve disc seal is made of stainless steel surfacing welding, wear resistance, abrasion resistance, reliable sealing.

4, the valve should be installed vertically.

Third, the working principle:

Open the outlet valve, the feed pump starts, and when the water supply reaches a certain pressure, the spool automatically rises, pushes away from the seat, and the water supply flows out. At the same time, the spool connecting rod pulls the vent valve plate to close the vent. When the flow rate of the feed pump decreases, the spool falls, pushing the connecting rod to pull out the empty valve disc, and opening the recirculation door to maintain the minimum flow rate of the pump. When the pump is stopped, the spool automatically drops to close the channel, thereby preventing the damage of the water supply system by the high pressure water hammer.
