Extra-high pressure check valve for oil field

HG61A oil field special valve is made of stainless steel material made of high hardness spherical spool, with high hardness stainless steel seat, using line contact seal, so the sealing performance is reliable and durable. The valve body and the main pressure parts are checked by detailed strength, safe and reliable use.

Ultra-high pressure check valve HG61A oil field special valve is normally closed, due to the pressure of the medium at the inlet end of the pipeline, and overcome the spring resistance to open the valve. When the medium pressure at the inlet end is lower than the outlet end, the spring pushes the spool to the spool and closes the valve, preventing the medium from countercurrent and starting and stopping.

HG61A- (160 ~ 400) spherical straight through check valve is a new type of high pressure valve designed and produced according to API and CVA standards. HG61A special oil field valve is suitable for water, oil and other pipelines whose temperature is not higher than 120℃ and working pressure is not greater than 40MPa, which is used to control the one-way opening and closing of the medium to prevent the medium from countercurrent.
