The ceramic swing check valve is a specially designed check valve that is mainly used to prevent the backflow of the medium in the pipeline and ensure the one-way flow of the fluid. Its core feature is that the valve disc is made of ceramic material, with excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, suitable for harsh working conditions.

Main features:

Ceramic material:

- Disc and seat are usually made of high-hardness ceramic materials (such as alumina, silicon carbide, etc.), which have extremely high wear and corrosion resistance.

- Suitable for conditions containing particles, corrosive media or high temperature and pressure.

Swing design:

- The valve disc is fixed on the valve body through the hinge or rotating shaft, the valve disc automatically opens when the medium flows, and the valve disc automatically closes when the medium stops or reverses.

- Simple structure, quick opening and closing, low fluid resistance.

Wear resistance:

- Ceramic material has high hardness, which can effectively resist the wear of solid particles in the medium to the valve and extend the service life.

Corrosion resistance:
