Ceramic eccentric half ball valve is a special design of the valve, mainly used to control the flow of fluids, especially suitable for high wear, strong corrosion or high temperature and high pressure working environment. Its core feature is the use of ceramic materials as sealing and wear parts, combined with the eccentric hemisphere structure design, with excellent sealing performance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Main features:

Ceramic material:

The sealing surface and semi-sphere of the valve are usually made of ceramic materials with high hardness and high wear resistance (such as alumina, silicon carbide, etc.), which have strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

The hardness of ceramic materials is second only to diamond, which can effectively resist the erosion and wear of granular media.

Eccentric structure:

The eccentric half ball valve design allows little friction between the half ball and the seat during the opening and closing of the valve, thereby reducing wear and extending service life.

The eccentric construction also enables zero leakage sealing, ensuring the tightness of the valve when closed.

Wear and corrosion resistance:

It is suitable for the working conditions containing particles, high wear or strong corrosive media, such as mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power and other industries.

Ceramic materials have good resistance to corrosive media such as acid and alkali.

Long life:

Due to the high hardness and wear resistance of ceramic materials, the service life of ceramic eccentric half ball valve is much higher than that of ordinary metal valves.

Low torque operation:

The eccentric design allows the valve to open and close the required torque is small, the operation is more light, suitable for frequent opening and closing conditions
