The three-dimensional eccentric sealing system combined with the optimized design makes the valve opening resistance small. The sealing surface of the titanium butterfly plate is a convex cone. When it is opened, all points on the circular surface of the butterfly plate are separated from the sealing ring at the same time, and solid objects are not accumulated on the sealing surface. The valve closing process is completed by the elastic compression of the seal ring, and there is no phase sticking between the valve body seal and the disc seal ring. The sealing performance of the valve is not affected by temperature changes.
