Product Overview

SD343H worm gear expansion butterfly valve is a component used to achieve on/off and flow control in pipeline systems. It has been widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, hydropower, etc. The butterfly plate of the telescopic butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, with a rotation angle between 0 ° and 90 °. When rotated to 90 °, the valve is fully open, and is generally installed horizontally.

The SD343H worm gear expansion butterfly valve has the function of regulating flow and intercepting medium on water supply and drainage, gas pipelines, such as food, medicine, chemical, petroleum, power, light textile, paper, etc., with a nominal pressure of ≤ 1.6MPa, and has the function of compensating for pipeline thermal expansion and contraction.

Installation precautions

1. The telescopic butterfly valve must be placed flat before installation and must not be knocked or touched at will

2. The structural length of the telescopic butterfly valve when leaving the factory is very small. When installing, pull it to the installation length (i.e. design length)

3. When the length of the pipeline exceeds the installation length of the expansion valve, please adjust the pipeline spacing and do not forcefully stretch the expansion valve to avoid damaging it. The support force of the bracket is calculated according to the following formula, and it is strictly prohibited to remove the bracket during operation

4. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle and disassemble expansion butterfly valves at the pipeline construction site without authorization

5. The worm gear expansion butterfly valve is finely processed and closely matched. Please do not repeatedly stretch or shorten the expansion butterfly valve on site. When installing pipelines, it is required that the pipelines at both ends of the expansion valve must be concentric, and the two flange surfaces on the pipeline must be parallel

6. The flange fixing bolts should be tightened symmetrically, and do not forcefully tighten the flange fixing bolts unilaterally
