Structural characteristics

The main valve is a three-eccentric metal seal butterfly valve, which is configured with a unique Angle eccentric design on the basis of the traditional double eccentric structure, and makes full use of CAM effect, which is the instantaneous contact and instantaneous separation of the sealing pair when the valve is opened and closed, eliminating friction and jam, small wear, high temperature resistance, easy opening and closing, and reliable sealing. The rack and pinion transmission box is compact and directly connected with the cylinder. The tail of the cylinder is provided with a buffer device to eliminate the inertial impact during fast closing and extend the service life of the valve.

According to the different power sources, the hydraulic system is divided into two categories: spring storage fast closing (YKD) and accumulator storage fast closing (YxKD). The opening and closing power source of the valve is generally provided by the oil pump unit in the hydraulic system, and can also come from the hydraulic distribution station of the turbine host. The normal opening and closing speed is controlled by the flow valve.

The quick-closing hydraulic check butterfly valve is composed of four parts: valve, rack and pinion cylinder transmission device, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The valve can be quickly cut off within 0.3-0.8 seconds, belonging to the safety valve. It is mainly installed in the high safety grade system such as the exhaust pipe of steam turbine, the inlet pipe of blast furnace gas residual pressure power generation device (TRT), and is used for emergency cut-off valve. Effectively prevent steam and condensate at the tail of the turbine from pouring back, and protect the safety of the unit.
