Pneumatic clamp butterfly valve Overview:

As the name suggests, the butterfly valve is clamped between the two ends of the pipe flange, and then fixed with a set of bolts through the bolt hole. The valve body size of the pneumatic butterfly valve is small, and the thickness of the valve body is relatively thin, which is especially suitable for use in the occasions where the distance between the two ends of the pipeline is short or the space is limited. The pneumatic butterfly valve is divided into soft seal and metal seal according to the different sealing structure, of which the soft seal butterfly valve is a medium linear structure, with anti-corrosion, zero leakage and other advantages, while the hard seal butterfly valve is a three-eccentric type, with less wear and long service life.

Pneumatic clamping butterfly valve principle:

The pneumatic clamping butterfly valve is powered by the air source of compressed air 0.4-0.7MPa, and drives the valve stem to drive the disc to rotate 0-90 degrees in the valve body to achieve the operation control of the butterfly valve fully open and fully closed. The pneumatic clamp butterfly valve can be equipped with a valve positioner according to the working condition requirements, and the relevant signal of 4-20mA is input, so as to control the opening size of the butterfly valve disc, and realize the accurate adjustment of the percentage of parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level of the pipeline medium. The pneumatic butterfly valve can not only be used for local control in the industrial automatic control system, but also for remote centralized control. It is one of the preferred system devices in the application of industrial pipelines.
