The valve body is a solid body, and the wall thickness of the valve body meets the requirements to ensure the compressive strength.
The valve body adopts powder thermal spraying process.
The valve seat is made of EPDM raw material, the glue content reaches 50%, and the opening and closing torque is stable.
The valve seat is a wide-side valve seat, the width of the sealing surface is wider, and the contact surface with the pipeline flange is wider during installation, and the sealing is more reliable.

The gray cast iron butterfly valve is composed of gray iron valve body, DI nickel-plated plate, EPDM valve seat, ductile iron handle, and the butterfly plate is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation angle is between 0° and 90°. When it rotates to 90°, the valve is fully open. There are flanges and clips for connection. Control methods include handle, turbine, pneumatic, and electric. Mainly used in municipal construction, water conservancy projects, water supply and drainage, water treatment and other water systems, as switches, regulating medium flow, and pressure.
